Welcome to HSKExam.net. These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, learning resources, accounts, and Premium services. By using HSKExam.net, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
1. About HSKExam.net
HSKExam.net is operated by an independent site operator and provides HSK 1–6 interactive practice tests, selected examination reference resources where available, vocabulary lists, articles, and study tools for Chinese learners. HSKExam.net is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by an official HSK testing body. HSK-related names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.
2. Accounts and Account Security
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and notifying us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by multiple people. We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe an account is being abused, shared, used for fraud, or used in violation of these Terms.
3. Educational Content and Service Scope
The website includes HSK 1–6 interactive test sections, listening, reading, and writing practice where available, vocabulary resources, articles, and selected reference materials. Content is provided for learning and exam preparation. We do not guarantee that every item is error-free, permanently available, or synchronized with every future official exam change.
Explanations may include Chinese explanations and English translations where available. Users should use their own judgment and consult official exam information when making exam-related decisions.
4. Premium Services
The Premium page displays the available access periods, current prices, and included benefits. Premium charges cover HSKExam.net's interactive delivery, account-based progress features, explanations where available, cross-test wrong-answer review, compiled review sets, study scheduling tools, and downloadable resources made available through the service. Rights in third-party materials remain with their respective owners; Premium does not sell or transfer ownership of those materials.
Premium adds platform access to 442 additional interactive HSK 1–6 sections beyond the 48 free sections, bringing access to the current 490-section interactive library across 183 paper sets. Future content may be offered separately and may not automatically be included in an existing plan.
Premium benefits include cross-test wrong-answer practice, compiled review sets of up to 300 questions per set, structured review intervals and mastery tracking, and the HSK 1 flashcard download. If more than 300 questions are available, users can create another review set.
5. Payments and Refunds
Premium plans are one-time payments for the access period shown at checkout and do not renew automatically. The price and applicable terms are displayed before payment. Payments are processed by Creem as the merchant of record. Creem handles payment processing, applicable indirect taxes, payment receipts, and any approved refunds. Purchases are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms. HSKExam.net does not request or store complete payment-card details on its own systems.
Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and the refund terms displayed before purchase. To request a refund or report a duplicate payment or technical failure, contact contact@hskexam.net with the account email and receipt details. A full refund may end the membership access associated with that payment. A partial refund may not affect active access. Payment disputes, fraud, or other abuse may result in suspension or termination of access. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
6. Downloads and Personal Use
The HSK 1 Flashcard download is a Premium benefit available while membership is active. Downloaded files may be kept for personal learning use after download, including after an ordinary refund. This permission does not allow resale, public posting, redistribution, or sharing with other people. In cases involving a payment dispute, fraud, or other abuse, we may revoke the related download permission where appropriate.
7. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property
You may use HSKExam.net for personal, lawful learning. You may not scrape or reproduce large amounts of content, mirror the website, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, resell Premium access, share an account, or redistribute downloaded files.
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, original articles, original explanations and translations, compiled learning materials, software, branding, and organization of content belong to HSKExam.net or the relevant rights holders. Third-party materials, examination names, and trademarks remain subject to their respective rights. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or embed third-party services such as YouTube and, when Premium payment is enabled, a payment provider. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, security, or data practices.
9. Service Availability and Disclaimers
We may update content, change features, perform maintenance, remove resources, or change the availability of free and paid services. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee a particular exam result or uninterrupted availability.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and how users can request access or deletion.
11. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or protections that apply to you under the mandatory laws of your place of residence. If you have a question or complaint, contact us at contact@hskexam.net so we can try to resolve it.
12. Terms Updates
We may update these Terms when the website, Premium services, payment arrangements, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page. The Last updated date indicates when the current version was posted.
